Seafood – types of it and what benefits we are getting through them!

Seafood is any form of sea life regarded as food by humans; this food includes fish and shellfish. Shellfish include various species of sea creatures like mollusks, crustaceans, and echinoderms. Seafood contains essential oils which play a vital role in our daily life. Oils provide the source of energy we need, and they are also great flavor enhancers. Apart from all these are sources of significant fatty acids. 

The human body produces small amounts of these essential fatty acids; therefore, we need to rely on other sources for this essential nourishment. Seafood is one of the best sources of these nutrients. Oils are significant components in most seafood.
